On this page you will find the introduction instructions for the introduction of 10 million nematodes in indoor plants. For successful control with nematodes it is important that our introduction instructions are followed as closely as possible. Since control with nematodes often involves large quantities of nematodes it is not necessary to be accurate to the millimeter or milliliter. Always make sure that the soil of your indoor plants is moist at the moment before and after the introduction of the nematodes. Do this for at least 2 weeks.

How much water do I need?
Calculate per plant where you want to release the nematodes approximately 200 ml of water, when there are small plants calculate a little less and with large plants a little more. When you have plants that need little water such as cacti you can calculate half. Take your nematodes out of the cooling and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Mix the nematodes with water
Mix the nematodes with the above-determined amount of water. It is best to use lukewarm water between 15 and 20 degrees. You can mix this in a bucket, in a watering can or measuring cup. Stir the mixture well for about 5 minutes. Use the entire mixture and do not let it stand for too long. Within 4 hours after mixing, the mixture should be spread out at the plants.
Release the nematodes on your plants
Pour the water with the nematodes on your plants just as you would normally water them. Make sure that the soil of your plants is kept moist for 2 weeks. We advise to release the nematodes as soon as possible after receipt. If this does not work, the nematodes can be stored in the refrigerator between 3 and 7 degrees for about 7 days after receipt.
