Shipping & Costs

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible with care. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 will be sent on the same day. Sometimes we may not succeed, for example if products are out of stock. In such a case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is stated on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:

• €3.95 for all orders under €30,- in the Netherlands
• €4.95 for all orders under €30 in Belgium

Delivery is done by the postman or parcel delivery of DHL. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery.

Returns

We work with living products and for this reason the nematodes cannot be returned. All other products can be returned to us unused within 14 days, the costs for this are at your own expense.
