Shipping costs

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible with care. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM on the same day. Sometimes we may not be successful in this, for example if products are out of stock. In such a case, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is stated on the product page. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The prices mentioned do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:

• €4.95 for all orders under €20 in the Netherlands
• €8.50 for all orders under €20 in Belgium

Delivery is made via PostNL's postman or parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Returns

We work with living products and for this reason the nematodes cannot be returned. You can return all other products unused to us within 14 days, the costs for this are at your own expense.
